Where is Alarca's Main office?

Our office is located at 249 Williamson Road, Mooresville, NC 28117.
The building is just across the street from Bruster's Ice Cream on Williamson Road between Brawley School Road and River Highway (NC150). Our office is on the lower level and it is best to enter the rear door and we are on the left side of the hall.

Our office is open from 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday.

Appointments to see our properties may be set for times outside of these hours by calling our office or emailing us at info@alarca.com.

We are a green property Management Firm and encourage the use of email, fax (which comes to our email) and electronic payment via our online portal (its Free!). Our tenants may also pay their rent in cash at any Seven Eleven store or Ace Cash Express and get instant rent credit. If you must deliver something in person, applications, rent checks, etc, may be dropped in our mailbox at the rear of our building at 249 Williamson Road. Ours is the mailbox with the Alarca sticker on it!
